the Festival Hall

The Festival Hall is technically equipped to hold both demanding and less demanding events. The arrangement of tables, stage, chairs and other scenic and visual elements can be adjusted according to the number of visitors and the type of event. We have high quality technical equipment and staff who reinforce the potential of the hall and its versatility with their knowledge and experience. The festival hall is suitable for a smaller number of visitors as well as for a larger number of participants. In the case of a smaller number of visitors, or if the customer so wishes, the space can be divided into two parts, with a separation of the stage program and the banquet.

Many events take place throughout the year in the Festival Hall, which has a rich tradition and modern technical equipment. The events range from business events, national and international dance events, to gala ceremonies, concerts, congresses, fashion shows, valedictory balls, graduation dances, weddings, theatre performances and youth events.

FESTIVAL HALL

Basic all-day use (from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.): EUR 2,050.00

Additional hour: EUR 150.00

The hall accommodates 767 visitors (standing room) or 438 seats.

 

THE PRICE INCLUDES:

• use of the Festival Hall, lobby, terrace and backstage, chairs and tables as needed, stage sized 8x5m,

• on-call technician and on-call cloakroom attendant (up to 12 hours).

Discounts applicable to the basic full-day rental of the hall:

• If the hall is used from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., the price of the basic use of the hall is reduced by 40%.

• If the hall is used from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., the price of the basic use of the hall is reduced by 40%.

• In case of consecutive use of the hall for several days, the price of the basic use of the hall for each subsequent day is EUR 1,100.00.

• The Pionirski dom public institute reserves the right to change the valid price list in the case of special projects and discounts.

 

Adopted at the 8th meeting of the Institute's Council, on 21 February 2023. The price list is valid from the date of confirmation.
